Midnight Protocol

Growth hormone release and tissue repair both happen during deep sleep. This stack works on each of them.

Run at night. The timing is the point.

Duration
8 weeks
Suits
Some experience

The schedule

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

200 mcg
Frequency
5 times per week
When
Before bed, at least 2 hours after food

Food — carbohydrate and fat especially — blunts the GH pulse. An empty stomach is why this is dosed at night rather than around training.

Wolverine Stack

0.5–1 mg per dose
Frequency
3 times per week
When
Evening

Dosed in the evening alongside the growth hormone pairing, so repair signalling and the GH pulse overlap.

Why these together

Growth hormone is released in pulses, and the largest of them happens in the first few hours of deep sleep. CJC-1295 raises the size of that pulse; ipamorelin triggers release without the cortisol or hunger spike that older secretagogues cause. They act on separate receptors, which is why they are studied as a pair rather than as alternatives.

Tissue repair is on the same clock. Running a repair stack alongside means the compounds are present when the body is doing the work.

What the research supports

The GH secretagogue pairing is well characterised. What it does to recovery in trained, healthy people is far less settled than the marketing around it suggests — most of the clinical literature concerns deficiency, not optimisation.

BPC-157's tissue repair research is largely animal work, and the angiogenesis mechanism is the most consistently reported finding. Human trials are thin.

Practical notes

Two hours clear of food before the night dose. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and keep refrigerated; the peptide is stable for weeks once mixed, not months.

Eight weeks is the usual research window, followed by a break. Continuous use is not what the studies model.

Schedules describe how these compounds are used in the research literature. They are not medical advice, and nothing here is for human consumption.
