Terms of sale

Every product sold by Siam Labs is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Nothing sold here is a medicine, a supplement, a food, or a cosmetic.

Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring these materials for research purposes and that you will not administer them to yourself, another person, or an animal.

You must be at least 20 years old to order, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for ensuring that ordering, possessing and handling these materials is lawful where you are. We cannot advise you on that, and it remains your responsibility rather than ours.

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, protocol pages, the dose calculator, the protocol builder and the library — is medical advice, and none of it should be treated as a recommendation to use anything.

Where we describe research findings, we describe what was studied and in what species. That is a summary of published work, not a claim about what will happen to anybody.

All prices are in Thai baht and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified. We verify payments by hand. Until an order is confirmed, stock is reserved but not guaranteed.

Where an order is paid by cryptocurrency, the discount shown at checkout applies to that order only.

Stock levels shown on the site reflect what we hold at that moment, but an item can sell out between your adding it to a basket and completing checkout.

If we cannot fulfil part of an order, we will contact you and refund the affected items in full rather than substituting anything.

Delivery estimates — same day within Hua Hin, next day to Bangkok, within 48 hours elsewhere in Thailand — apply to orders with payment confirmed before 2:00 PM, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Please check the address before submitting an order; we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the courier.

You may cancel an order at any point before payment is confirmed. Contact us and we will cancel it.

Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and handling we cannot verify once they leave us, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products.

If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date, and we will replace it or refund it.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its supply for laboratory research — which includes any administration to a person or animal.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
