For bank transfer and PromptPay you will see the account details and a QR code on your order page after checkout. The QR has the exact total already encoded, so the amount always matches to the satang. Transfer, then attach a photo of your slip on the same page.

For crypto you will get a wallet address and paste the transaction hash once it has been sent.

Crypto orders take 10% off, and it stacks with any promo code you have.

It is not a gimmick. Crypto settles without a payment processor taking a cut, and without a chargeback window hanging over the order for months. We pass that back rather than keeping it.

Orders with payment confirmed before 2:00 PM go out the same day.

Shipping is charged once per order regardless of size, so there is no penalty for ordering several things together.

Plainly. Nothing on the outside of the parcel carries our name, and the label does not describe the contents.

Vials are packed with padding for transit. Lyophilised peptide is stable at room temperature during shipping, so cold-chain packaging is not used and is not needed.

There is no automated system checking your transfer, because no reliable one exists for personal Thai bank accounts. Somebody looks at your slip and matches it against the order. You get an email the moment it clears.

Bacteriostatic water is not included and is ordered separately — it comes in 3 mL and 10 mL, and how much you need depends on what you are doing.

Where we have them, yes — there is a COA button on the product page and it opens the actual document.

Where a product page has no COA button, we do not have a certificate for that batch, and we would rather show nothing than show one from a different batch.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptide is stable at room temperature but keeps longest cold and out of light.

Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, storage life shortens considerably and refrigeration is standard practice in the literature.

Before payment is confirmed, yes — message us and we will cancel it.

After dispatch we cannot recall a parcel. If something arrives damaged or an order does not turn up, tell us and we will make it right.

No, and we do not offer one. Checkout is guest-only by design — fewer records of who bought what.

Your confirmation email contains a permanent link to your order. If you lose it, the order number and the email you used will find it again.
