What this protocol does

The Wolverine Protocol is built around a single principle: your body already knows how to repair damaged tissue. These compounds give it the tools to do it faster. Tendons, ligaments, muscle tears, joint damage — the target is connective tissue that normally heals slowly because of poor blood supply. This protocol addresses that directly.

BPC-157 works locally — it increases growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts, promotes angiogenesis at the injury site, and accelerates the repair cascade where the damage actually is. TB-500 works systemically — it enhances actin-mediated cell migration throughout the body, moving repair cells to where they're needed and building new blood vessel infrastructure. Together they cover both the local and systemic sides of healing.

What you will feel is a gradual reduction in the baseline pain and stiffness that injured tissue carries. What you will not feel is a dramatic overnight change. This protocol works over weeks, not days — the tissue is actually repairing, not being masked.

What's in this protocol

BPC-157

Handles local tendon and joint repair

Promotes angiogenesis and upregulates GHR in tendon fibroblasts

Dose: 250–500mcg
Timing: Daily near injury site

TB-500

Drives systemic repair cell migration

Enhances actin-mediated cell migration and new blood vessel formation

Dose: 250–500mcg
Timing: Daily, abdomen

What to expect

What's happening in your body

  1. Week 1

Early reduction in edema and inflammatory cell infiltrate at injury site. Angiogenesis beginning. Fibroblast activity increases.

  2. Week 2

Tissue organisation visibly improving in models. New blood vessel formation progressing. GHR upregulation in tendon cells established.

  3. Weeks 3–4

Main structural repair window. Mechanical properties of healing tissue improving. Collagen organisation improving.

  4. Beyond 4

Continued remodelling. Structural improvements persist beyond dosing window if true healing occurred.

What you actually feel

  1. Week 1

Reduced morning stiffness. Background joint ache beginning to quiet. Subtle improvement in how the injury feels at rest.

  2. Week 2

Improved range of motion. Movement feels less restricted. Pain with specific movements reducing.

  3. Weeks 3–4

Most users report this as the main window — meaningful improvement in the injury that was the primary target. Training around the injury becomes easier.

  4. Beyond 4

Effects persist if structural healing occurred. If used as anti-inflammatory only, some symptoms may return if loading exceeds tissue capacity.

Your dosing guide

Wolverine Stack 10mg — reconstitute with 2ml BAC water (250mcg BPC-157 + 250mcg TB-500 per 0.1ml). Dose: 0.1ml daily subcutaneous injection near injury site. Timing: morning fasted or post-training. Duration: 4 weeks. Injection site: subcutaneous, as close to injury as practical.
